The entire month of October has been designated as Texas Wine Month by The Texas Department of Agriculture. Texas Wine Month kicked off last week in BIG ways throughout the State with formal celebrations at the Texas State Fair as well as three huge wine festivals in the Houston area during the last weekend in September.
